General Information
What subjects and levels do you offer tutoring for?
All subjects in KS1 and KS2. We can also provide tutoring in preperation for KS2 SATS or the 11+. We also provide tutoring for most subjects up to GCSE. These include the core subjects up to higher tier. Please get in contact to discuss this further.
Do you provide online, in-person, or hybrid tutoring?
We provide face to face tutoring only. We have tried online tutoring but as a company we feel that this is not the best we for children to learn.
How do I book a tutoring session?

Can I get a free trial lesson?
No, we do not offer trial lessons.
What qualifications do your tutors have?
Teachers with QTS and over 20 years of teaching experince across varying settings.
Scheduling & Lessons
How long are tutoring sessions?
Minimum 1 hour sessions but these can be more dependent on the needs of the student.
How do I reschedule or cancel a session?
Please send us an email or text. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
If you have given succicent warning (24 hours) we can simply reschedule.
Can I request a specific tutor?
No, it depends on tutor availability.
Do you offer group lessons as well as one-to-one tutoring?
Yes, we can provide these in person if needed.
Pricing & Payments
How much does tutoring cost?
This is dependent on lessons and outcomes but starting price is £30 an hour.
Do you offer discounts for block bookings or multiple students?
Yes, please get in contact ot discus further.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, invoice or bank transfer.
Is there a contract or can I pay as I go?
Pay as you go. However, multiple missed sessions mean we may take on other students during that time.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, what you see is what you pay.
Parents & Students
How do you track progress?
Notes and recaps written by the tutor. These are kept confidential.
Will parents get feedback after each lesson?
Parents can ask whenever they would like an update on progress. Parents usually remain on contact throughout the tutoring as this ensures students and parents are aligned in their tuition.
Can tutoring help with exam preparation (GCSE, A-Level, SATs, etc.)?
Yes, please get in contact to discuss further.
Do you provide homework help or long-term study plans?

Safety & Policies
Are your tutors DBS checked (or background checked)?
Yes we are all DBS checked
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice or full payment is requried. Multiple missed lessons will result in your slot being taken by another student.
What if I’m not happy with my tutor?
We can stop tutoring at any time. Please get in contact if you are not happy with the service.
